This 27-acre garden features an English formal garden as well as collections of azaleas, conifers and rhododendrons. The garden is located on the Sandhills Community College Campus in northeast Pinehurst and also hosts the Desmond Native Wetland Trail Garden, which is a nature conservancy and bird sanctuary. Other garden areas include a rose garden, a water-conservation xeriscape garden and an annual garden, which has a completely different look and theme each year.
